First I would like to recommend Mr. Jacky from your concierge who help us while we stayed in your hotel. He was able to communicate well in English. He help us how to go around shanghai. The room was excellent also.

bar band was excellent, nice guest room, convenient parking, efficient checkin/out procedures

get a real coffeemaker for breakfasts. the one-cup-at-a-time machines are great for specialty coffees, but they are slow and require maintenance your staff is struggling with. Many of your guests would prefer basic coffee, buy a regular coffee maker.
